It also controls oil for 3 to 4 hours and even after that I don't look oily but little shiny for which I use a tissue or an oil blotting sheet. The staying power is really good and it stays on my combination skin for 6 to 7 hours after which you may need to touch up. For reference I am NC40 in Studio Fix fluid and NC42 in MAC pro long wear foundation. MAC Studio Fix Powder comes in variety of shades and I am sure there is one for everyone! The shade NC42 is perfect for medium skin tones who have quite obvious yellow undertones like me.
